A Vision for High Speed Rail
The United States has been behind the times for decades when it comes to national transportation. Thankfully President Obama has addressed the issue with a plan for a national high speed rail system. Obviously the funding for such an enormous undertaking is critical, but this is a first step and the significance of such a step can not be under estimated.
